Responsibilities
- This position performs highly skilled housekeeping, maintenance and handyman tasks to care for and maintain the facility and grounds.
- The Environmental Services & Facilities Technician uses their knowledge of housekeeping processes, power and manual cleaning tools needed to perform tasks in categories such as general janitorial, cleaning, bio-hazard cleanups and minor facilities repairs to ensure the buildings are in pristine condition.
- Perform routine, rotational maintenance to ensure equipment and facility operations run smoothly
- Report Environment of Care concerns through the ticketing system to support Safety Committee documentation and compliance
- Maintain overall facility cleanliness, including floor care, general cleaning, restroom upkeep, and window cleaning
- Restock supplies and perform additional cleaning duties as needed to support a safe and functional environment
