About the role

This 12-month faculty position is responsible for classroom, laboratory, and hands-on instruction aligned with industry standards, workforce needs, and student success outcomes.
Conduct classroom and lab sessions including demonstrations and hands-on training with heavy equipment.
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.

Develop and deliver instructional content focused on electrical power generation, maintenance, and repair, specifically on Caterpillar technology.
Collaborate with industry partners to ensure curriculum stays current with technological advancements and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance.
Support student success through advising, mentoring, and career guidance.
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Electric Power Generation Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction in diagnostic, repair, and maintenance practices for power generation systems.
