About the role
- The Production - Forklift Operator is primarily responsible for the Receiving side of operations.
- Normal duties include unloading trucks of material, receiving production from an internal staging area to warehouse, and using a scan gun to assign a location to every item warehoused.
Responsibilities
- Perform Quality Control checks on all products in the Staging area, maintain acceptable standards of cleanliness and product marking (stencils/barcodes)
- Maintain a positive, friendly attitude each day
Requirements
- Required: 1+ years Shipping and Receiving
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
- Ability to work well with teammates in every situation
- Required: High school diploma or GED
Skills
- Specialized Skills/License/Certification
- POSITION REQUIREMENT(S): Specialized Skills/License/Certification
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Compensation
- $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
