About the role
- The Caregiver Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating caregiving services within TheKey.
- The Caregiver Manager is responsible for coordinating the daily schedules of assigned caregivers and clients.
- The Caregiver Manager will ensure that the caregiver experience is supported by providing exceptional onboarding, compliance, and ongoing training.
Responsibilities
- This role will manage and support caregivers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to clients.
- This role will ensure that all shifts are staffed accurately, and appropriately and will work to drive high-quality service to our caregivers and the clients they support.
- Train and supervise caregivers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure they deliver compassionate and effective care to clients.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives based on feedback and evaluation results to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Maintain accurate records ensuring that caregiver profiles, timekeeping, and availability are kept up to date.
- Employee-teams get the training, resources, and support they need to deliver an exceptional care experience for clients and their families.
Requirements
- Superior proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential for effective engagement with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel approximately up to 10% of the time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15-20 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday
- Ability to use standard office equipment
Compensation
- Meet caregiver retention guidelines, and develop and implement retention improvement plans. ● Support workers' compensation claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
