About the role

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive People Operations Specialist to support our recruiting and hiring efforts while providing general People Operations support. This role will serve as a key partner to hiring managers, candidates, and the People team, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruiting experience from requisition approval through

Responsibilities

  • This role will serve as a key partner to hiring managers, candidates, and the People team, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruiting experience from requisition approval through onboarding.
  • Manage job postings across the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), company website, and external job boards.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruiting data within the ATS.
  • Support offer preparation, approval workflows, and offer letter administration.
  • Support recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and personnel files.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes.
  • Help maintain HR documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Support performance review, engagement, and talent management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, People Operations, or Human Resources.
  • Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms.
  • Experience with Lever, Greenhouse, or Ashby.
  • Knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
  • Required:
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Startup, technology, or medical device industry experience.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification.
