Responsibilities
- Supervise and Lead Crews: You'll lead field crews on the installation of commercial refrigeration systems, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
- Project Management: You will manage daily work plans, delegate tasks, and monitor the progress and productivity of your crew. You'll also maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage to help ensure project profitability.
- You'll also perform and oversee tasks like pipefitting, brazing, setting cases and walk-ins, and installing electrical and EMS systems.
- You will lead field crews, coordinate daily installation activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

- DHR Mechanical Services, a trusted name in commercial and supermarket refrigeration, is seeking experienced Refrigeration Foremen / Lead Installers to support new construction, remodel, and equipment replacement projects across the Southeast.
- You will manage daily work plans, delegate tasks, and monitor the progress and productivity of your crew.
- You'll also maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage to help ensure project profitability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial refrigeration installation experience in supermarket or grocery environments
- Strong experience with rack refrigeration systems, cases, walk-ins, piping, brazing, and EMS controls
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- 2+ years in a lead, foreman, or crew leadership role
- Proven ability to deliver installations on time and within budget
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel weekly
- Commitment to safety, crew development, and continuous improvement
