About the role
- Harbor is seeking a Learning and Development Facilitator to join our growing team.
- This position is responsible for the planning and delivery of training and coaching programs for Harbor's Training as a Service (TaaS) Outsourcing clients.
- The individual will be responsible for designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials in a variety of applications in both traditional print form as well as electronic.
Responsibilities
- Develop or oversee the creation of instructional outlines, quick reference materials, and manuals.
- Collaborate with a client's internal team in supporting lawyers and staff in using the curriculum offered to analyze their strengths and target areas for improvement.
- To perform this position successfully, it is necessary to collaborate consistently with client leaders, support staff and lawyers, and Harbor program leadership.
Requirements
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and current versions of Microsoft Office.
- Familiarize new hires at TaaS client organizations with the current technology and processes required to be a successful employee within the organization.
- Sound decision making and organizational skills.
- A strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Administrative skills to manage training programs.
- Outgoing and Enthusiastic.
- Adapts well to frequent change.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent interpersonal skills.
