Skills

  • Help maintain centralized training tools, templates, and documentation
  • Identify outdated or duplicative training materials and flag opportunities for improvement
  • Help translate L&D plans into clear training materials, schedules, and supporting resources
  • Assist with seasonal training initiatives, new store openings, and brand or product updates
  • Administer new hire training in Rippling, including following up with employees who haven't completed it
  • Support benefits-related new hire onboarding logistics and meetings
  • Support execution and administration of internal HR surveys
  • Answer general employee questions related to Human Resources
  • A team player who is willing and happy to help
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Inquisitive, love to learn, embrace failure, and never give up
  • Comfortable working in an open office environment while staying focused
