- As a key leader in our Go-To-Market team, this position is pivotal to our strategy to expand our footprint in the North American insurance market.
Responsibilities
- Lead and Execute: Define and execute the sales strategy and go-to-market plan for the North American Insurance Team, working closely with regional and industry leadership.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Consistently deliver against sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business by winning new deals and building a robust pipeline.
- Act as a Player-Coach: Manage a team of Sales Directors while also actively participating in the sales process, leading from the front to co-sell and navigate complex deals.
- Mentor and Develop: Provide structured sales coaching and mentorship to a team of enthusiastic sales professionals, channeling their energy and elevating their performance.
- Proven Leadership: Extensive experience as an enterprise software sales manager or director in North America, with a demonstrated ability to lead and grow effective sales teams.
- Player-Coach Mentality: A hands-on leader who is willing to network at events, chase inbound leads, and directly co-sell with team members.
