Lead the entire design and creative process
Collaborate with our founders to define product strategy and roadmap priorities through a design lens.
Own all aspects of design, including web, marketing, brand, and product
Optimize for speed, usability, and accessibility.
Work in fast, iterative cycles - we maintain no backlog.

You have 3+ years of experience in product design.
You have proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools
You have a customer-first mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems
You move fast and have experience in high-velocity teams.
You know how to descope to get results fast.
Generative: You have more ideas than time.
Like to run hard: You realize life is short, and that if you work twice as hard you can often get 10x the results.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including experience and expertise.

The USD base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $200,000 (excluding equity).
