Responsibilities

  • This role is for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments with ambiguity, asks sharp questions early, and leads through clarity, trust, and technical judgment.
  • Build, hire, and grow a team of full-stack engineers working with modern.NET on AWS
  • Create an environment of trust, psychological safety, and high standards
  • You'll own a meaningful problem space, not just a team
  • If you're an Engineering Manager who wants to build leverage through people, systems, and smart use of AI, operate comfortably in ambiguity, and stay close enough to the work to influence quality-this role is built for you.
  • Partner tightly with Product, Design, and Data to ship incremental value fast
  • Integrate AI-driven tools into daily workflows-code generation, debugging, reviews, documentation, and decision support

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with full-stack development

Nice to have

  • Production experience with modern.NET and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
