About the role
- The Account Coordinator is an entry-level customer service position responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of an assigned book of business within the Education Practice while providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the team and Producers to assist with customer service needs to maintain and grow the book of business.
- Analyze renewal quotes for accuracy and prepare proposal/presentation documents for Account Executive review
- May sometimes partner with the team and Producers to assist with marketing new and renewal
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Appropriate state insurance license is required
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare requests for renewal information, including exposure analysis/renewal workbooks, and work directly with clients to obtain information required for renewals
- Process policies, certificates, change requests, ID cards, endorsements, cancellations, audits and invoicing as required
- Bachelor's degree required; in lieu of degree can substitute relevant education and work experience
- Appropriate state insurance license is required; may be obtained in first 60 days of employment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Nice to have
- 0-3 years of insurance industry experience is preferred
- Agency Management System experience (Applied Epic preferred)
