Responsibilities
- Candidates sought to provide technical program management and execution support.
- The successful candidate will support the DARPA program manager by building program documents, integrating technical information and managing/coordinating schedule and milestone activities.
- This includes overseeing contract execution, coordinating and collaborating with Government mission partners, providing feedback to multiple technical teams, and communicating status/results by preparing and delivering program briefings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant operational and program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar tools
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and respond to urgent requests
- U.S. citizenship and active Top-Secret clearance, with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Program Access eligibility, is required
Nice to have
- Mission focus with enthusiasm for daily work
- Clear, concise, direct communication
- Experience as a Scientific and Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) supporting DARPA and/or U.S. Space Force
- Experience with Special Access acquisitions community
- Background experience with military leadership
- Understanding of optical and/or laser systems
- Experience managing large dispersed teams, managing schedule, and tracking forecasted budgets
