About the role
- We are seeking an experienced High-End Residential Superintendent to oversee the construction of luxury custom homes from groundbreaking through final completion. This individual will be responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring exceptional craftsmanship throughout every phase

- Familiarity with luxury finishes including custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, steel, glass, and specialty materials.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Experience working directly with discerning homeowners, architects, and interior designers.
- This individual will be responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring exceptional craftsmanship throughout every phase of construction.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Read and interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct daily site inspections and proactively identify and resolve issues.
