Responsibilities
- Have a deep understanding of the value our products bring, our costs and product margins and work with product teams to determine the most effective pricing to deliver the Mission
- Evaluate the commercial rationale for pricing experiments proposed by the business, as well as working with product to prioritize and design
- Build effective pricing frameworks and processes to ensure we can make decisions quickly and as flexibly as possible, particularly when expanding our product suite
- Partner with local teams in Northam and coordinate across various departments, including utilizing backing and support from teams in Europe
- Strategic thinking: able to create long term plans for growth and translate them into actions
