  • Build toward credit approval and closing individual mortgage loans collateralized by multifamily
  • Collaborate and communicate with external and internal business partners to solve problems and achieve shared success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, business administration, or related field
  • 2 years of related work experience in the commercial/multifamily real estate industry
  • Knowledge of real estate property fundamentals and real estate lending/underwriting
  • Ability to travel domestically
  • Employees exercise this responsibility by executing against policies and procedures and adhering to privacy & security obligations as required via training programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

  • This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $68,000 - $102,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
