About the role
- As Scout's Renewable Energy Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the construction of utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS projects.
- Travel to site is expected once or twice per month during project construction.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated understanding of reading technical designs, studies, and specifications.
- Adept at MS Office and document management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
Requirements
- Your technical knowledge of utility-scale solar and your ability to communicate with audiences who have a wide range of technical proficiency will determine your effectiveness in this role.
Nice to have
- Ensure QC/QA measures are implemented and documented.
- Manage and update project budget Support and coordinate with internal business units as required.
- Attend monthly meetings at the project site.
- Close out the project, including:
- Coordinate final service acceptance inspections, punch list close out, and transition the project to Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Asset Management.
- Conduct Lessons Learned meeting and report out to the Construction group.
- Construction management or engineering degree preferred.
- Experience as project manager or progressing positions in renewable construction is required.
Compensation
- $125,000 - $155,000 Negotiable for the right candidate.
