About the role

  • As Scout's Renewable Energy Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the construction of utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS projects.
  • Travel to site is expected once or twice per month during project construction.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated understanding of reading technical designs, studies, and specifications.
  • Adept at MS Office and document management systems (e.g., SharePoint).

Requirements

  • Your technical knowledge of utility-scale solar and your ability to communicate with audiences who have a wide range of technical proficiency will determine your effectiveness in this role.

Nice to have

  • Ensure QC/QA measures are implemented and documented.
  • Manage and update project budget Support and coordinate with internal business units as required.
  • Attend monthly meetings at the project site.
  • Close out the project, including:
  • Coordinate final service acceptance inspections, punch list close out, and transition the project to Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Asset Management.
  • Conduct Lessons Learned meeting and report out to the Construction group.
  • Construction management or engineering degree preferred.
  • Experience as project manager or progressing positions in renewable construction is required.

Compensation

  • $125,000 - $155,000 Negotiable for the right candidate.
