About the role
- Responsible for scheduling and documentation of all outbound traffic.
- Contact customers and carriers to route shipments.
- Prepare records of shipments including Bills of Lading.
Responsibilities
- Maintains orderly files and shipping records for all outbound shipments. Research, pulls, and communicates requests for shipping documentation.
- Uses PKMS Warehouse Management System for shipment data to build loads, track/update shipment information, and research issues.
- Collaborates regarding customer chargebacks with PVH deductions/claims and merchandise coordinators.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness. Willingness to assist fellow associates.
Requirements

- The ability to work with detailed information, analyze data, and make proper decisions.
Nice to have
- High school diploma required/Bachelor's degree preferred.
Skills
- Shop at our company outlets and e-commerce sites at a discount.
