About the role

This role translates priorities into structured plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
Success in this role requires strong project management skills, an understanding of behavioral health care operations, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
Coordinate project teams, facilitate meetings, and ensure accountability for deliverables.

Support the establishment and management of project governance structures, including status updates, decision forums, and escalation pathways.
Ensure projects maintain alignment with CMO priorities and enterprise strategy.
Coordinate across Clinical Operations, Quality, Research, IT, and other support teams to align stakeholders and drive implementation.
Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and decision-making discussions to maintain momentum.
Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action plans and status reports.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, decision logs, and communication plans to ensure on-time delivery.
Clinical Workflow & Implementation Support:
Partner with Clinical Operations and clinical leaders to ensure initiatives are practical, scalable, and implementable.
Lead clinical strategy initiatives from initiation through implementation and sustainability, including scope definition, resource allocation, planning, timelines, deliverables, and successful implementation.
Support rollout of clinical programs, tools, and process improvements.

Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States

Experience in behavioral health or healthcare delivery settings
Experience supporting clinical initiatives or clinical operations teams
Familiarity with project management frameworks or tools
Exposure to quality improvement or process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
Assist with change management, including training coordination, communication, and adoption tracking.

Compensation: $100,000 - 120,000/annually, with additional annual bonus potential
