About the role
- We're looking for a QA Automation Specialist to join our QA team and help elevate the quality and reliability of our Vision Suite ERP platform.
- You'll play a key role in increasing test coverage, preventing defects early, and enabling faster, more confident releases.
- This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment supporting global retail clients, with strong exposure to modern automation tools, AI-assisted testing approaches, and enterprise-scale systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA analysts to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and support root cause analysis with engineering teams.
- Leverage AI ‑ assisted testing tools and techniques to optimize test creation, execution, and maintenance.
- Maintain test data, environments, and automation frameworks aligned with production configurations.
- Document automation frameworks, test cases, and testing processes to ensure knowledge sharing and audit readiness.

- In this role, you'll work closely with Development, Product, and DevOps teams to design and maintain automated testing solutions that support scalable, high-performing ERP and retail systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on test automation
- Experience testing enterprise or SaaS applications (ERP experience is a strong asset)
- Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools such as Postman or Swagger
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in retail, supply chain, or ERP environments (asset)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, K6) (asset)
- Education & Training
- Training in QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, and Agile practices
- Hands-on experience implementing automation frameworks end-to-end (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
Nice to have

- ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Test Automation Engineer) (preferred)
