This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, an excellent communicator, and passionate about using data to measure impact and tell compelling stories about marketing's contribution to business growth.
As Our Demand Generation Marketing Manager, You Will:

Responsibilities

We move fast, support each other, and aim high-always with purpose and intention
As the marketing leader for the Investor business, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, Client Strategy, and Revenue Operations to develop and execute go-to-market initiatives that support business objectives.
You will own demand generation, customer marketing, campaign execution, reporting, and performance optimization.
As the Investor business continues to grow, this role will have the opportunity to build and lead a marketing team.
Identify new opportunities to drive awareness, engagement, pipeline generation, customer retention, and expansion.
Drive marketing initiatives independently while maintaining strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment.
Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation programs across email, webinars, events, paid media, content marketing, partnerships, and digital campaigns.
Partner with Revenue teams to continuously improve lead management processes, scoring, routing, and funnel performance.
Own campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis across the full customer journey.
Develop messaging, positioning, and value propositions that clearly communicate YipitData's differentiation and resonate with investor audiences.

Nice to have

You have 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, or a related field.
You're comfortable owning marketing strategy and working independently with a high degree of autonomy.
You're strong analytically, with experience measuring performance, sharing results, and turning data into clear, actionable insights.
You have hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, ON24, Asana, and similar marketing platforms.
You communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and in conversation.
You can move comfortably between big-picture thinking and detailed execution.
Experience marketing to financial services, investors, enterprise technology buyers, or data-driven audiences is a plus.
People management experience is a plus, but not required.

Take ownership of key projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and timely delivery.

The annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be $150,000 - $160,000 + Bonus (targeted at 15% of salary) and Equity.
The compensation package also includes equity.
