About the role

The focus should be on the position and not the current incumbent.
Summary: Reporting to the Materials Manager this position will be responsible for receiving all SAP ordered items in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintaining accurate paperwork and understanding batch run materials is crucial to the success of this position.

Receiving primary, secondary, and raw materials into SAP that deliver into the plant or any contracted warehouses.
Maintain Employee Food Safety Awareness.
Performs other duties as assigned
This position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Winchester Kraft Heinz QRMP accountability document.

Requires frequent walking and extended periods of standing Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
The employee must have strong organizational skills and be able to lead multiple tasks at once.

Ability to climb Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required (steel-toed shoes, hair and beard nets, bump caps, gloves, eye protection, aprons etc.)

Understand and follow company and site policies and procedures on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Hold Tags, HACCP, USDA, Foreign Objects, Safety and Security.
