About the role

  • You'll take complex, high-stakes workflows - billing, renewals, endorsements, cancellations - and turn them into systems that are simple, scalable, and resilient.
  • In turn, you'll impact our most important company metrics including retention and financial performance.
  • This is a senior, high-ownership IC role.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end process from problem discovery to solution delivery, iterating quickly and adjusting based on real usage data and team feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Operations to translate real-world user problems into clean, effective solutions.
  • Create user-friendly experiences across all of our applications including independent agents, landlords, lenders, and internal employees.
  • Steadily is building a workplace environment of team members who are passionate and excited to be together in person.

Requirements

  • You know how to balance speed and quality, making thoughtful trade-offs to solve problems effectively.
  • We have a designer, but you've spent enough time in Figma with wireframes and mockups that you have a strong sense for good UX.
  • Candidates are required to be located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX
  • You can deconstruct an entire user flow into its parts, understand how each piece fits, and spot the dependencies others miss.
