About the role

You'll take complex, high-stakes workflows - billing, renewals, endorsements, cancellations - and turn them into systems that are simple, scalable, and resilient.
In turn, you'll impact our most important company metrics including retention and financial performance.
This is a senior, high-ownership IC role.

Own the end-to-end process from problem discovery to solution delivery, iterating quickly and adjusting based on real usage data and team feedback.
Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Operations to translate real-world user problems into clean, effective solutions.
Create user-friendly experiences across all of our applications including independent agents, landlords, lenders, and internal employees.

You know how to balance speed and quality, making thoughtful trade-offs to solve problems effectively.
We have a designer, but you've spent enough time in Figma with wireframes and mockups that you have a strong sense for good UX.
Candidates are required to be located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX
You can deconstruct an entire user flow into its parts, understand how each piece fits, and spot the dependencies others miss.
