Responsibilities
- Selects, trains, coaches and manages the performance and development of the team
- Develops, implements and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems and activities.
- Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data
- Establish, maintain and distribute quality metrics
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
- Participates in the reviewing of engineering designs to contribute quality requirements and considerations.
- 6+ years experience including a minimum 1-2 years as a team lead/supervisor
Nice to have
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent supervisory experience in a related industry.

Compensation
- $78,640.00 - $117,960.00 Annual
- Incentive Compensation:
- In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
