In this role, you'll lead and coordinate testing efforts across the full development lifecycle-serving as a key authority on equipment validation.
Drive Equipment Validation Excellence
Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) activities, ensuring all systems meet defined product requirements
Plan, execute, and document comprehensive test programs
Own Testing Standards & Data Integrity
Establish and maintain standards for test procedures and reporting

Ability to work in the U.S. on a full-time indefinite basis without sponsorship
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of complex systems (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, control systems
Experience with testing, diagnostics, or system validation
Familiarity with tools such as data acquisition and diagnostic systems (e.g., CAN-based tools, Hydac, CAT ET, Cummins Insite)
Strong communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams

Ensure accurate, objective, and high-quality documentation
Analyze results and translate findings into actionable insights for engineering teams
Ensure test equipment, instrumentation, and systems are calibrated, maintained, and ready
8-12+ years of experience in heavy equipment, mining equipment, or similar industrial environments
