Responsibilities
- In this role, you'll lead and coordinate testing efforts across the full development lifecycle-serving as a key authority on equipment validation.
- Drive Equipment Validation Excellence
- Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) activities, ensuring all systems meet defined product requirements
- Plan, execute, and document comprehensive test programs
- Own Testing Standards & Data Integrity
- Establish and maintain standards for test procedures and reporting
Requirements
- Ability to work in the U.S. on a full-time indefinite basis without sponsorship
- Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of complex systems (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, control systems
- Experience with testing, diagnostics, or system validation
- Familiarity with tools such as data acquisition and diagnostic systems (e.g., CAN-based tools, Hydac, CAT ET, Cummins Insite)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Mechanical systems

- Electrical and control systems
- Ensure accurate, objective, and high-quality documentation
- Analyze results and translate findings into actionable insights for engineering teams
- Ensure test equipment, instrumentation, and systems are calibrated, maintained, and ready
- 8-12+ years of experience in heavy equipment, mining equipment, or similar industrial environments
