About the role
- Allan Myers is looking for a Senior Estimator to join our Richmond construction team.
- This full-time, exempt position is responsible for the preparation and completion of estimates for assigned project(s) for one or more disciplines (e.g., structural concrete, earthwork, drainage, pipework, hot mix asphalt, utilities, etc.).
- This role is on-site and requires working from the regional office.
Requirements
- Occasional day travel required to attend pre-bid meetings, visit job sites and/or attend conferences or training classes.
- Supports other department personnel as required
- Identifies high-risk activities and coordinates with Safety Department to determine if additional costs are required.
- Leadership/Supervisory/Management Acts in a lead capacity and provides work direction to Estimator I and/or other team members as required.
