- Our Western Canada Team is growing and looking for exceptional consulting professionals to join us.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, transformation goals, and organizational impacts.
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans, including impact assessments, change readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, training, adoption, and sustainment activities.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to support alignment, engagement, and buy-in across all levels of the organization.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, interviews, and meetings to gather insights, manage feedback, and support decision-making.
- Lead the implementation of change initiatives, monitor progress, identify risks or resistance, and adjust plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Develop training programs, materials, and knowledge-transfer resources to help employees build the skills needed to adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
- Provide ongoing client support to sustain change and reinforce adoption.

Requirements
- Master's degree or MBA an asset
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably within a consulting, utilities, IT, Oil & Gas, or in a HR environment.
