Your Impact at LILA Lila is hiring a Technical Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone for AISF program execution.
The TPM is the connective tissue across research, engineering, product, and operations: surfacing alignment gaps, tracking dependencies, and keeping programs moving together rather than in silos.

Partner with AISF program leads and Strategy and Execution to establish program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks across the portfolio.
Facilitate alignment sessions, steering committees, and review cadences; drive decisions and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and decision logs; produce status updates, risk summaries, and executive briefings for leadership.
Support budget, headcount, and resource planning alongside Finance and program leads; provide visibility into financial and resource trends.
Identify and implement process improvements, standardization opportunities, and scaling solutions as the AISF portfolio grows.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs across multiple functions, driving outcomes without direct authority.

5-7 years of experience in technical program coordination, project management, or operations in research-driven, engineering-heavy, or fast-paced environments.

Expected Base Salary Range
$140,000 - $172,667 USD
