Responsibilities

- This includes internal auditing, support with site regulatory or customer audits/surveys, and corrective actions on findings to determine the effectiveness of the QA Program.
- Collaborate with the department or other company departments to clarify / resolve issues or techniques related to QC activities.
- Identify potential risks in nuclear projects and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in nuclear quality standards.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall project quality.
- Develop the ITP with engineering alignment.
- Review and approve document packages for customer release.
- Lead site-wide efforts to drive process and product defects out of the daily work activities and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with accepting/approving NDE (such as LPI, RT, MT, PMI, UT).
- Ability to adapt to changing regulations and project requirements.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
- Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies (including print reading and GD&T understanding), regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Familiarity with nuclear engineering principles and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Familiar with Commercial Grade Dedication and material upgrade requirements
- ASQ CQA, NQA-1 Lead Auditor, or similar.
- CIP Green Belt training and/or Lean Manufacturing experience.
- Experience with CMM related inspection methodologies.

Compensation
- 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Mon-Fri, including occasional Saturdays
- The pay range for this role is $101,049.82 - $151,574.74 CAD Annual.
- The pay range for this role is $101,049.82 - $151,574.74 per year.
