About the role
- This position will be responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with training, assigning, scheduling, and communicating job expectations.
- This position will be responsible for repairing and installing production/manufacturing equipment.
- Inspection of equipment for proper functioning and performance of preventative maintenance duties per manufacturer's specifications.
Responsibilities
- Assists and leads assigned activities associated with maintenance activities.
- Maintain assigned records or downtime logs of equipment malfunction or parts used for repair.
Requirements
- Replace/repair motors, gearboxes, drive units and all other packaging equipment components as required.
- Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Must be computer proficient with the ability to type and update records quickly and accurately.
- Candidate must be able to lift 50+ lbs. above the head
- The individual must be able to create, promote, and maintain a culture that conducts all maintenance operations from a foundation of safety and accident prevention.
- The individual must have the ability to promote and maintain an environment that reflects Tito's core values and beliefs.
- Experience in a similar position required, including leading or planning the work of other teammates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels within the organization.
