About the role
- Running a venture fund today requires a team of accountants, analysts, lawyers, and operators.
- Pick the workflows to automate next and shape the GP experience as more of the firm is handed off to agents.
- In this role, success is measured by fund count, AUM, retention, and service quality.

- You'll own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Full Service, our flagship product for emerging managers, and Scout Funds, the product that puts you in the room with some of the largest names in venture, with the ultimate goal of increasing our market share.

Compensation
- The compensation for this role consists of a competitive base salary, benefits, and equity package.
- The base salary for this role is $200,000+ annually but actual will vary based on a number of factors including a candidate's professional background, experience, and location.
