- Working closely with internal and external partners to ensure the day-to-day clinical care is aligned with agency policy and philosophy, this essential contributor will support our strong continuum of care.
- Leverages technology, including AI-assisted platforms, to support timely completion, accuracy, and consistency of clinical documentation.
- Develops and maintains positive internal and external professional relationships.
- Represents, supports, and communicates Crossroads' philosophy and mission.
- Provides clinical support, feedback, and direction as needed.
- Models and supports the values and commitments of the organization.
- Demonstrates adaptability in integrating emerging technologies to support clinical operations and improve client care delivery.
- Performs all other duties as assigned in support of organizational goals.
