About the role
- Higgsfield AI is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our growing global team.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, creating exceptional employee experiences, and ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
- You'll partner closely with HR, Recruiting, Finance, IT, Legal, and business leaders to support onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HR systems, compliance, and day-to-day people operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless employee experience from offer acceptance through departure.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
- Prepare employment documents including offer letters, employment agreements, compensation changes, and other HR documentation.
- Support HR reporting, audits, and documentation requests.
- Manage interview scheduling, calendar logistics, and candidate communications throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or HR Administration.
- Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, or similar.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Compensation
- The anticipated salary range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
