About the role

Simtra BioPharma Solutions (Simtra) is a world-class Contract Development Manufacturing Organization, partnering with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to bring their sterile injectable products to market.
Our product types include biologics and small molecules, cytotoxics, highly potent compounds, diluents for reconstitution and vaccines - which are all directly injected into patients worldwide.
As such, there is a strong emphasis on quality and continuous improvement at Simtra.

Maintain a balanced 90‑day manufacturing plan focused on labor and equipment utilization, while accounting for preventive maintenance and other non-production activities.
Collaborate with Manufacturing to develop and maintain an executable production plan.
Open and manage work orders in the ERP system.
Manage and maintain master data including project codes, routings, turn/run times, and other planning elements.
Create and maintain the shipping schedule.
This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to balance capacity, demand, and operational priorities in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Ability to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Bachelor's degree required.
Self-motivated with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
Solid understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
Strong ability to design reports, analyze data, and present findings.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while following established guidelines and processes.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
