About the role
- The SAP Functional Business Analyst (PS/PM/RE-FX) is responsible for translating complex functional business requirements into actionable SAP solutions across Financial ERP and Defense Business System environments.
- This role refines enterprise processes into product backlogs, supports COTS fit gap analysis, and leads functional configuration and impact assessment efforts across SAP Real Estate Management, Project Systems, and Plant Maintenance modules with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

- Adapt functional business requirements into refined product backlogs to support technical solution delivery
- Translate ambiguous enterprise processes into clear functional design documentation
- Collaborate with ABAP developers, security teams, testers, and cross functional stakeholders
- Independently triage complex system issues and support resolution efforts
- Support data reconciliations, posting error resolution, and financial control validation
- Own it - take charge and lead.

Requirements
- 5 years SAP ERP experience across supported modules (PS, PM, RE-FX)
- 1 year automated testing software experience
- 1 year ServiceNow experience
- Ability to obtain a Government clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.

Compensation
- In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $121,000 - $151,000 annually.
- The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
