About the role
- Assist in the preparation of complex balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports for foreign branches and the US entity on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Assist with the monthly WIP revenue recognition process.
- Resolve discrepancies on invoices or reports by interfacing with other departments, project controllers, construction, operations, vendors, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 4-year business/accounting /finance degree (or in the process of completing the degree)
- Knowledge of general accounting, auditing, payroll, and invoicing
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
- Must have strong organization and time management skills with the ability to work without distraction.
- Must be a team player and be motivated to learn with a strong desire to take on new challenges.
- Maintain and reconcile the Petty Cash accounts and other accounts as required.
Nice to have
- Construction accounting experience preferred but not required
