About the role

  • The Head Coach is responsible for the overall organization, direction, supervision and management of a successful NCAA Division III varsity program.
  • Your leadership, coaching expertise, and motivational skills will inspire the coaching staff and students to achieve their full potential while fostering a culture of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
  • PHYSICAL ABILITIES - Activities commonly associated with the performance of the functions of this job.

Requirements

  • Provide strong, visionary leadership to the coaching staff and student athletes.
  • Attend scouting events, evaluate prospects, identify and attract talented and qualified student-athletes.
  • Provide expert guidance and technical instruction in sports fundamentals, techniques, and advanced tactics.
  • Coordinate non- conference games, travel, practice schedules and conditioning schedules.
  • Foster a team culture that values competitive success as well as integrity, diversity, and high academic achievement.
  • Serve as Athletic Transportation Coordinator for all department sports teams, coordinating transportation to offsite practices and contests and overseeing maintenance of athletic vehicles housed on campus.
  • Other Duties as assigned
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Compensation

  • $58,850.00 - $72,150.00 annually, commensurate with experience.
