About the role

  • This position requires a current DoD Top Secret SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.
  • This position is full-time onsite in Aiea, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

  • SMX does not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization or immigration related support for this position (i.e. H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, E-2, E-3, L-1 and O-1, or any EADs or other forms of work authorization that require immigration support from an employer).
  • Provide products and support to SOCPAC and disseminate to SOCPAC and USPACOM component units, interagency, governmental organizations and partner nation forces supporting the SOF missions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and synchronize asymmetric options in support of SOF operations.
  • Develop and nominate targets for lethal and non-lethal operations into the targeting process.
  • Provide inputs and develop Information Operations (IO) annexes and related appendices for all SOCPAC plans and CONOPs.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement Operational Security (OPSEC) and signature management into SOF Operations Activities and Actions (OAA).
  • Coordinate and de-conflict IO plans and special program OAA with CIA, FBI, DoS, ICE, FAA, TSA, DOE, DEA, and other United States Government (USG) Interagency Partners.
  • Participate in committees and working groups concerned with developing asymmetric planning and CONOP development.

  • Should have excellent organizational and communications skills.

Compensation

  • $140,000 - $168,000 USD
