About the role
- The Processing Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to meet line standards, ensuring product quality, and supporting efficient, continuous production.
- You will add value by doing the following including but not limited to:
- Remove defective products from the line to ensure quality standards are met
Responsibilities
- Monitor product flow and adjust machine speed to maintain efficient production
- Perform minor maintenance and adjustments on the machine as needed
- Maintain a clean work area and complete housekeeping duties as assigned
- Maintain regular attendance and dependable work performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, food defense, and food quality standards; perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment is preferred
- Basic understanding of math and have knowledge of measurements, associated with the reading of a caliper or measuring instrument
