Responsibilities

  • Support sales revenue goals by executing demand generation campaigns across multiple outreach channels
  • Support inbound and outbound lead generation efforts to determine fit against RF-SMART's ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Assist in developing outreach sequences and cadences that improve response rates and move prospects through the funnel
  • Support the team in moving marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) toward sales-qualified leads (SQLs) through strategic touchpoints
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, activities, and pipeline status within CRM
  • Ensure data integrity across contact records, account information, and lead statuses to support reliable reporting
  • Lead Nurturing & Relationship Building
  • Contribute ideas and feedback on prospecting strategies, messaging, and tools as you develop your skills
  • Your primary function is to nurture marketing leads through email and other channels, as well as to maintain all data accurately in CRM (NetSuite).

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program and classified as a Junior or Senior by credit hours
  • As the nature of business demands change so, too, may the essential functions of this specific position and/or the skills and abilities required.
  • Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and phone skills
  • Creative, energetic, and highly organized with strong time management skills
