We work through a network of Retail & Wholesale brokers who share our commitment to long-term partnerships built on a strong service proposition.

Maintaining & enhancing existing broker relationships, as well as identifying and developing new relationships within the Mid-Atlantic region with both retail and wholesale partners.
Developing and executing marketing plans aimed at retaining existing business and producing new opportunities that fit within the CML division risk appetite.
Interacting, communicating and negotiating with all levels of external and/or internal business partners.
Ability to build and foster relationships with brokerage contacts within the Chicago Region Wholesale Network.

1-3 years in the financial sector and/or Underwriting & Insurance experience preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to travel approximate 10% of the time

$80,000 - $125,000 Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including the cost of living associated with your work location, your qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience.

The total compensation opportunity for all regular, full-time employees is a combination of base salary and incentives that gets adjusted upfront based on overall Company performance with final awards based on individual performance.
