About the role
- A primary focus in supervising the cash application function is ensuring consistent productivity and quality of work in a challenging, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment.
- Assist in the development of training materials. - Ensure team members are entering critical data into patient accounts in Bonafide.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- This position will be the escalated point of contact for any issues, so they must be a keen problem solver.
- Occasional lifting required, up to 20 pounds
- that are required of the Team Member.
- Occasional travel, domestic and international, may be required, less than 10%

- Education/Experience Required
- 5 years of experience in a health care cash posting environment
- Preferred:
- Directly manage cash application team members including but not limited to conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and helping to set professional development goals.
- Indoor open office environment. Position needed in-office.
- Extended hours when needed/occasional weekend work
- Kestra manufactures and provides life-saving products regulated by the Federal Food and Drug
- Administration and under contract with Medicare. Kestra maintains a drug free workplace and testing is a condition of employment, post-offer.
Nice to have
- 6 years of Manager or above leadership experience

Compensation
- Annualized at $93,000 - $120,000, plus bonus.
