About the role

Participate in safety audits, hazard identification, and toolbox talks.
Progress Monitoring: Track work progress, prepare daily site reports, and escalate potential risks or delays.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical or logistical challenges in collaboration with relevant teams.

Work with the Quality team to implement inspection and test plans (ITPs).
Participate in joint inspections and ensure compliance with design tolerances and material specifications.
Support non-conformance reporting and corrective actions.
Partner with the Safety team to enforce site safety protocols and railway safety regulations.
Coordinate with the EOR to clarify design intent, resolve technical queries, and approve field changes.
Work with the Design Support team to address constructability issues, review shop drawings, and incorporate design updates into field execution.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, design changes, and approvals.
Technical Support: Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and survey data; provide guidance to site crews.
Quality Collaboration: Work with the Quality team to implement inspection and test plans (ITPs).
Safety Collaboration: Partner with the Safety team to enforce site safety protocols and railway safety regulations. Participate in safety audits, hazard identification, and toolbox talks.

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
Experience in railway trackwork or heavy civil infrastructure projects, including strong understanding of track geometry, alignment, and construction tolerances.

Expected compensation for this role is (between Pay Range $60,000 - $80,500 annually).
