Requirements

  • Travel may be required for property visits, conferences, training sessions, or other business-related activities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are also required.
  • The review of Affordable Housing resident files for eligibility and compliance with all required laws.

Nice to have

  • Housing Credit Certified Professional certification a plus.
  • If not already certified, the requirement to attend HCCP training within the first 2 years of employment and include a passing score on the exam.
  • Knowledge of the HUD program is a plus.

Skills

  • Individuals in this position should possess strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong computer literacy skills are essential to this position, including RealPage Onesite Tax Credit software.

Compensation

  • Attendance at TDHCA trainings annually.
