Responsibilities

A primary focus throughout the program is the philosophy of Program-Wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PW-PBIS), a program-wide system of care that promotes and rewards positive behaviors, and prevents negative behaviors, to create safe, supportive living environments.
Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.

Requirements

Description Do you have a passion for serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Developmental Disabilities?
Do you have prior experience in a supervisory role within a residential treatment setting?
Minimum of one year of supervisory experience required.
Devereux is a drug-free workplace, drug screening required.
OR 60 college credits from an accredited college with at least twelve credit hours in a human services discipline (as described above); and three years direct care experience.
