About the role
- The Operations Program Manager is responsible for managing the schedule and execution of new programs in manufacturing to meet or exceed milestones as set forth by ZT.
- The Operations Program Manager's scope of responsibility covers the end-to-end process of current program optimization and new programs development.
- The operations program manager is ultimately responsible for factory readiness and the successful implementation of the programs into production.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop program reports and summaries for executive management in conjunction with team leads across the operations and production groups.
- Develop tools and analytics for project reporting, enabling program teams to focus more efforts on problem solving.
- Maintain and assist in driving productive meetings across project teams, providing, and following up with action items as necessary.
- Support team growth in critical communication methods and personal development areas.
- Coordinate manufacturing preparation activities and collaborate with manufacturing planning to develop implementation timelines.

Requirements
- Employ a can-do attitude, taking on any task required to support the team and get things done.
- Experience with continuous improvement / lean programs
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and Word) Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Engineering Software
