About the role
- ShipOS is Palantir's partnership with the U.S. Navy to modernize the American maritime industrial base - accelerating submarine production, shipyard operations, and supplier coordination across the country.
- It's one of the highest-priority programs at the company, and it moves fast.
Responsibilities
- Drive the weekly update process - gather inputs from leads, write the narrative, make it look sharp, and distribute to the broader team
- Chase follow-ups and action items so leads don't have to
- Our Administrative Business Partners don't just support leaders - they're the backbone of the busiest people on the team.
- You'll work directly with the leads running our Shipbuilder, Suppliers, and Shipyards workstreams and anticipate needs before they're voiced, own the details no one else sees, and make a high-performing team run even faster.
- Own calendar management and deconfliction across multiple workstream leads - onsites, supplier visits, internal syncs, and Navy stakeholder meetings
- Manage onboarding logistics: track hard badge and laptop requests and follow up on access issues until they're resolved
- Help plan and support team events and external gatherings
- Manage team calendars, prioritizing conflicting meeting requests, navigating team travel and out of office restrictions
- Support external event planning and coordination
- Maintain records of business and personal transactions and submit expense reports for key team members
Requirements
- This is a strategic role, requiring the ability to forecast and plan for changing circumstances with complicated data inputs.
- Excellent digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- U.S. citizenship required (program operates in classified and government-sensitive environments).
Compensation
- Salary The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $60,000 - $97,000/year.
