Requirements
- Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children are required to take part in Child Safeguarding Background Screening, as a condition of the offer.
Nice to have
- Connect communication across projects-ensuring timely delivery, creative integrity, and strong engagement
- Track campaign timelines, monitor scope of tasks, deliverables, planned budgets, and dependencies
- Excel in delivering high-quality work combined with a deep interest in digital marketing/advertising
- Provide detailed handover of multiple projects to enable production teams to achieve successful completion
- Extensive account management experience with a focus on digital executions and/or integrated omnichannel campaigns
- A background in creative, brand or shopper marketing, ideally within commerce, or retail
- Strong campaign leadership experience - you've worked across sophisticated creative processes and know how to bring the right people together at the right moments
- Brilliant communication and storytelling skills-you bring clarity, energy and a point of view
Compensation
- The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
