Responsibilities
- and develop actionable recommendations to optimize processes, enhance patient access, and improve clinical and financial outcomes across the network
- Develop, organize, and communicate high-quality content for presentations and reports by synthesizing complex clinical, operational, and radiopharmaceutical-related information
- and ensure timely dissemination to support strategic decision-making and stakeholder engagement
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and communicate national trends in imaging and radiopharmaceutical services -including technological advancements, regulatory and compliance changes, supply chain considerations, market dynamics, and evolving clinical practices-to inform strategic decision-making, drive innovation, and ensure organizational competitiveness and compliance
- Collaborate closely with R&I Regional Directors to support imaging and radiopharmaceutical initiatives by facilitating communication, coordinating project activities, sharing best practices, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational standards across practices
- Support data collection and benchmarking related to radiopharmaceutical access, cost management, and operational performance, identifying opportunities for standardization and improvement across the network
- Strong time and project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multi-site imaging and radiopharmaceutical initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in imaging-specific, including scheduling, documentation, and system integration
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of diagnostic imaging and radiopharmaceutical clinical processes, including safety, regulatory, and quality considerations
- Strong ability to balance clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory priorities within imaging and radiopharmaceutical environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences, including clinicians, technologists, operational leaders, vendors, and physicians
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision in complex, evolving clinical environments
Skills
- Advanced skills using Microsoft applications to analyze, manipulate, and present imaging and radiopharmaceutical-related data
- Strong relationship-building skills with leaders, staff, and physicians
