Responsibilities
- Perform Contract Management functions for assigned areas, clients or specific TerraPower projects, which may include government contracts, subcontracts, grants, government funding opportunities and commercial opportunities (services agreement, task orders, etc.)
- Support Business Development activities for assigned projects including the review and negotiation of the resulting agreements.
- Interface with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance) as necessary to support contract management functions.

Requirements
- Minimal, with ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
- These functions may also constitute essential functions for the job which the employee must be able to fulfill, with or without accommodation.
- Travel required 0-10%
- Provide subcontract support, as required.
- The successful candidate will possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly and display respect and a desire to foster teamwork.
Nice to have
- Contracting or similar business/interface role with some international experience (preferred).
- Direct experience in contracting or working with engineering scope in the nuclear industry (preferred).
- Relevant experience with DOE National Labs and their operations (preferred).
- Technical and/or subject area background, is preferred, and can be experience based.
Compensation
- Any salary offered within the posted salary band is based on market data and commensurate with the selected individual's qualifications experience.
- This range is specific to Washington State.
- $168,316 - $252,475
- Salary, eligible to participate in discretionary short-term incentive payments
